The purpose thereof is to load the Site accurately for you, and to perform analytics on Site usage to optimize our Site. Enquiry and Event information

Examples of Personal Information collected initially by our Site include your name, email address, and phone number. The purpose thereof is to enable us to reach out to you to provide you with our products and / or services. Upon contracting with us regarding any services or products, additional information may be collected over and above the initial information collected by our Site. This may include your address, tax number, passport number, identity number, date of birth, marital status, any issue and expiry dates, nationality, payment information (including credit card numbers), additional contact numbers, religious denominations, health, or food preferences and / or restrictions, or any other data that is necessary for planning your event. This data may be collected through our Site or other means, such as telephonically, by e-mail, through virtual meetings, face to face meetings and / or questionnaires.

Minors

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of eighteen (18). We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from children. Sharing Personal Information

We share your Personal Information with service providers to help us provide our services and fulfil our contracts with you, as described above. For example:

The data provided is the minimum necessary to achieve the desired result.

We do not give your personal data to third parties who are not involved in the organization of your event.

By providing your personal information, you declare that you authorize and consent to the processing of your Personal Information by Liliana’s Event Planners and contracted service providers in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and to the extent absolutely necessary for the realization of the reservation / service intended.

If you do not agree with the above conditions, Liliana’s Event Planners will not be able to proceed with your request and consequently will not be able to organise your event.
